Scuola Mondo’s SEO Wordpress Theme
- A minimalist, fluent and widgetized SEO Wordpress theme with sidebar at the bottom of the page
- The colours of the layout, text, links, etc. can be modified in the – style.css – file
- An Avatar functionality is already built-in template
- This theme is based on the "Aielman’s SEO Theme" from Uberdose. I have added the sidebar and other functions.
This site uses the Scuola Mondo’s SEO Wordpress Theme (Italian version), before you download it (English version), you can test all the pages and functions.
Download Scuola Mondo’s SEO Wordpress Theme Version 1.0
Installation:
- Download – scuolamondo_1_en.zip – and uncompress
- Upload the folder – scuolamondo_1_en – to your template directory
- Activate the theme in your administration panel
- Choose and activate the desired widgets for the sidebar (at the bottom of the page) in your administration panel
At the layout should be adjusted the following things:
- If the provided logo is not desired, than delete in the following files – 404.php – and – footer.php – the following line – <p><img src="<?php bloginfo(‘template_url’) ?>/images/aboutme.gif" width="60" height="60" alt="About me" /></p> – , otherwise create a logo and upload it in the template directory.
- If the provided favicon is not desired, than delete in the following file – header.php – the following lines – <link rel="shortcut icon" href="/favicon.ico" /> – and – <link rel="icon" type="image/gif" href="/animated_favicon1.gif" /> -, otherwise create here the favicons and upload them in the root directory.
- The template uses two plugins: Dagon Design Sitemap Generator and SEO Pagebar. If these plugins are not desired, than delete in the following file – style.css – the sections - /* Dagon Design Sitemap Generator */ – and – /* SEO Pagebar */ -, otherwise install the plugins according to the authors’ instructions.
